Gears of War: Reloaded for PS5 is the remaster of the classic third-person shooter originally released in 2006, developed by The Coalition alongside Sumo Interactive and Disbelief. This new version marks the series' debut on PlayStation consoles, featuring 4K graphics, a 60 FPS campaign, and multiplayer at up to 120 FPS. The story follows Marcus Fenix and Delta Squad as they fight against the Locust threat on the planet Sera. It includes all additional content released since the original, visual enhancements such as HDR, VRR, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos spatial audio, as well as full integration with the DualSense controller (haptic feedback, adaptive triggers, and speakerphone). It offers two-player campaign co-op (online or split-screen), Versus multiplayer for up to 8 players, and cross-play and cross-progression support across platforms.
